Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 13.

8. International Users

If you are visiting our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

9. Account Deletion

Users can delete their Account through the app or by contacting us. Once an account is deleted, we will erase ALL data associated with the account including game history, personal information, connections, and messages. The deletion process cannot be undone. To request deletion, email accounts@fullcourt.io or use the in-app deletion feature.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we post changes, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. We recommend that you check our Service from time to time to inform yourself of any changes.
